CT Real Estate Pre-Licensing Principles & Practices Class Allows Payment Plan

Are you interested in getting your real estate license? This is the first step! The state of Connecticut approved Pre-Licensing Real Estate Principles and Practices class. You can start as early as this evening if you would like! Our classes are: - Mon and Thurs at 6:00 pm at Charlie's Pizza, 386 Prospect St, E Hartford. The class is on a rotating schedule that has been approved by the state of CT. You can come when you are available. If you miss classes, it's okay. You will be able to make them up easily. The course is $ 425 and $75 for the books. You have to do 60 hours of classroom time. Then I give you a certificate from a state approved school that will allow you to sit for the exam with the state. If you need to, you can start with $100 down for the class and $75 for the books.
