Selling? Don't take it personally

Thinking of selling your home?  It's important to remember the request for repairs is not personal after an inspection. Chances are you'll have to make the repair at some point, if it's a legitimate request. Therefore, it's always best to try to keep the current transaction moving forward. The best case scenario, get a full home inspection prior to listing and there will be no surprises. Frankly, if the home was priced perfectly, the bottom line would have been the same. Sellers:  you can control the situation and will be less prone to hurt feelings if you don't take it personally.
