Here are the classes we have scheduled for the next few days:

PLEASE REMEMBER THERE'S NO CLASS IF EAST HARTFORD SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED OR DELAYED DUE TO WEATHER.

  • January 6, 2026:  Tuesday at 10am with Matt
    • Yellow:  unit 17, Leases
    • Red:  unit 12, Leases
  • January 8, 2026:  Thursday at 6pm with Kristen
    • Yellow:  finish unit 14: Closing the Real Estate Transaction, starting at section prorations
    • Red:  unit 16, Closing the Real Estate Transaction
  • January 9, 2026:  Friday at 10am with Matt
    • Yellow:  unit 18, Fair Housing
    • Red:  unit 15, Fair Housing
  • January 10, 2026:  Saturday at 10am with Kristen
    • Yellow:  unit 15: Real Estate Taxes and Other Liens  
    • Red:  unit unit 6:  Real Estate Taxes and Other Liens
  • January 12, 2026:  Monday at 6pm with Rob Rosa
    • Yellow:  unit 16, Real Estate Appraisal
    • Red:  unit 13, Real Estate Appraisal
