Here are the classes we have scheduled for the next few days:

PLEASE REMEMBER THERE'S NO CLASS IF EAST HARTFORD SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED OR DELAYED DUE TO WEATHER.

  • October 28, 2025:  Tuesday at 10am with Matt
    • Yellow:  unit 1, Introduction to the Real Estate Business
    • Yellow:  start unit 2, Real Property and the Law
  • October 30, 2025:  Thursday at 6pm with Kristen
    • Yellow:  unit 20, finish Land-Use Controls and Property Development (start at Private Land-Use Controls)
    • Red: unit 14, Land-Use Controls and Property Development
    • Yellow:  start unit 21, Environmental Issues and the Real Estate Transaction 
  • October 31, 2025:  Friday at 10am with Matt
    • Red:  unit 10, Real Estate License Law
    • Yellow:  unit 3, start Interests in Real Estate
    • Red:  unit 3, Interests in Real Estate
  • November 1, 2025:  Saturday at 10am with Kristen
    • Yellow:  finish unit 21, Environmental Issues and the Real Estate Transaction
    • Red:  unit 17, Environmental Issues and Real Estate Transaction
  • Noveember 3, 2025:  Monday at 6pm with Rob Rosa
    • Yellow:  Math FAQs
    • Red:  unit 18, Real Estate Securities
