I’m Rob Rosa, founder and instructor of Rubicon Crossings School of Business.
I have worked in real estate for more than 26 years and have taught Connecticut real estate pre-licensing classes for more than 18 years. I bring actual sales, marketing, negotiation, financing, investment, and client-service experience into the classroom.
Kristen Close and other qualified instructors may also teach selected sessions.

What Is Required?
To qualify for your Connecticut real estate course-completion certificate, students must:
Complete 60 hours of approved classroom instruction
Arrive on time and remain for the entire class
Keep their face visible on camera during virtual instruction
Pass the school’s final examination with a score of 70% or higher
Complete all requirements within one year of registration
After successfully completing the course, you will receive a certificate from a State of Connecticut-approved real estate pre-licensing school. This allows you to move forward with the state licensing examination process.
This course meets the minimum requirements established by the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection and Real Estate Commission. It is not approved for appraisal licensing purposes.
How Much Does the Class Cost?
The complete course is $525 and includes a complimentary set of e-books.
Flexible payment plans are available starting with only $200 down. Printed books may also be purchased separately.

Cancellation and Registration Policy
Students have up to one year from registration to complete the required 60 hours of virtual classroom instruction and pass the school’s final examination. A refund of up to $400 may be requested within 24 hours after full or partial payment. No other refunds are available.
Registration remains valid for one year. Students who do not complete the requirements within that period must restart the course, pay the applicable new course fee, and purchase updated books if required.
