at Rubicon Crossings Realty we are CARING, CONFIDENT, CHEERFUL & OPTIMISTIC solution providers. I just had an excellent discussion with one of our agents - she felt a little discouraged because it really seems as real estate agents we are working so much harder with every transaction. I explained how that's not a problem as long as we keep helping our clients. The hard-earned income will come. She really is a wonderful person and will be a cream of the crop agent.
