Most of CT is still bucking the national real estate trends. For the past 4 years we have been been on a slight up/down trend while the national trend is on a huge upswing. In fact, the national home price values are expected to keep rising while we in CT remain stagnant. As you can see in the chart below, in CT we are somewhat still close to 2003 values.
