June Residential Sales Report from the Commercial Record - % change 2016-17 (up to April)


  • E Hartford - Sales are up 23.08%, Median Price is down 20.07%
  • Glastonbury - Sales are down 11.76%, Median Price is no change%
  • Manchester - Sales are up 11.01%, Median Price is up .65%
  • Rocky Hill - Sales are down 12.24%, Median Price is up 1.22%
  • South Windsor - Sales are up 10%, Median Price is up 3.57%
  • Wethersfield - Sales are up 19.81%, Median Price is up 4.76%
