  Strategic Price Cuts Are Helping Homes Move—But Connecticut Sellers Should Still Price Smart While agents aren’t seeing the Black Friday stampedes like the 1980s battles for Cabbage Patch dolls, some property sellers’ price cuts are encouraging more buyers off the sidelines.
