You might be thinking "how am I going to sell this home?!" Maybe it has... an awkward layout - kitchen to bathroom to living room into basement into bedroom. LOL a lot of repairs that need to be done - who needs the septic working when we can build an out-house in the back yard? an OVER COMPENSATION of improvements. I call this the "Scarface Syndrome." These are the homes where the seller installs gold faucets, over the top lighting fixtures and a pond with an area to chain up the tigers because they believe it will help to increase the value of their home when they go to sell it. NOT! a poor school district - it's not the kid's fault long commute - what's another 2 hours out of a buyer's life every day driving to work and then back to home? a bad smell - Ewwwwww lopsided neighborhood - was it really a great idea to build a concrete contemporary "monster" in a quaint area of traditional homes?
